Research Interests¶
I am interested in natural language processing, deep generative models, and their applications in computational biology. My current research focuses on:
Deep Generative Models (Diffusion Models, Flow Models, LLMs, etc.) for DNA, RNA, Protein, and Multi-Omics Data, including Single-Cell Sequencing and Spatial Transcriptomics
Target-Driven Biological Representation and Interpretation Learning (e.g. Feature explanation, Feature visualization, etc.)
