I am a second-year PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at University of California, Irvine, advised by Prof. Jing Zhang. Prior to this, I received my master degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). My bachelor degree was obtained from South China University of Technology (SCUT).

I am interested in natural language processing, computational biology, and generative model. My current research focuses on:

Target-Driven Biological Representation and Interpretation Learning
Generative Models for Biological Expression, including Molecular, Protein, and Single-Cell Gene Data
